Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino Resort is a casino and resort located 39 miles south of Phoenix, Arizona near Maricopa, Arizona. It is owned by the Ak-Chin Indian Community and operated by Caesars Entertainment Corporation. The 40,000-square-foot casino has video poker and slot machines, as well as blackjack, keno and bingo, and is open 24 hours a day. In July 2011, the casino underwent a $20 million expansion with the addition of a new 152-room hotel tower. The resort now has 300 rooms, and an outdoor swimming pool with swim up bar, which was completed in 2012. The resort also features five restaurants, an entertainment venue, meeting and conference space and the only Bingo hall in the Caesars organization, which continues the proud heritage of William F. Harrah, who opened his first Bingo hall in Reno in 1937.

  • The casino is very nice, well laid out and overall just has a great atmosphere. Our hotel room clean and cozy. I'd say Vee Quiva has nicer rooms, but Harra's doesn't disappoint whatsoever. Clean, fres...  read more »
  • nothing to write home was decent. i wouldn't bring more than $20 bucks to gamble. try the giant pretzel.
  • My wife and I had a good time. The food at the cactus grill was average. The gift shop was good. The casino seem to be unusually loud.
  • Awesome place. They have more give aways then any other casion. The swim up bar is awesome and great when your swimming. The rooms are great and the staff is the most friendly bunch of people on the planet.
  • I only went to play on the machines and are at their Buffett. Overall the machines are good. It's kind of small place compared to other casinos. The food was ok. Very little options to choose from and kind of expensive for what they offer. Not my go to casino but it's not bad from time to time.
  • Remote location for a casino, located on the south of Maricopa, this native American owned casino holds and sponsers many events both in community and outside. The rooms are excellent, and the amenities are copious. The dining, while sometimes jam packed, has great food with very knowledgeable chefs. The multitainment building next door offers fun and activities for the whole family.
  • Best casino in Arizona! Fun even when you don't win. Table dealers are super friendly, lots of different slot machines to choose from and great restaurants lively bar area with live band for dancing and Steakhouse is amazing.
  • Everything about this hotel is awesome! Rooms are super modern, staff are friendly, pool is great, lobby area is great, as well as the casino. It's also very clean and well maintained. However, my only complaint is the fact that there are flies EVERYWHERE. So many of them! In the casino, by the restaurants, in the lobby, it feels as if there's no getting away. I hope they can sort something out when it comes to that.
