  • Another review I saw said it's worth it if you're out here. And sure it is. But I wouldn't travel to see this. I like Modern Art, and have been to many museums. This place is a bit pricey for what it ...  more »
  • If you've seen this once you've seen it enough times. The first time it's kinda cool but I don't think it warrants a second viewing. It's ok and you get to see some Marfa hipsters.
  • We love this experience. It is worth it to plan to spend the entire day to appreciate the landscape and exhibits. Make time prior to arrival or after the tour to walk outside around the concrete works...  more »

  • World class minimalist art in the middle of the desert, best setting ever. You must visit at least twice. Go self guided as well and get lost on the grounds. Incredible place this meditate.
  • ~ JUST WENT ON THE TOUR this last week!!! &t was WONDERFUL (: The ART was fabulous& our guide, a woman (name??) was ever so sweet& made the time it took worth-while. The pieces are BEYOND amazing..... So if you are interestIed in art@ ALL, I suggest you go. Wear COMFORTABLE SHOES& bring a big bottle of water with..... REUSEABLE, OF COURSE!! LoL (, Also, know that although the tour IS long, they give you a whole TWO HOURS for a lunch break, so there is time for lunch AND A NAP!! Yippppppy!!!! LoL (, I will do the tour every time I visit, as there will be something NEW to discover EVERY TIME!!! &It is only $25 Cannot WAIT to reurn to Chinati&&& MARFA!!
  • The outside exhibit is free, and involves some walking. The indoor stuff appears to be via tours only, the tours are on the long side and pricey. With a 2yo in tow, we didn't bother with the tours.
  • Thank you for getting me in free, but no thanks. The guy there was very strange and the woman there creeped us out. He was very judgmental and he thought he was boss. Don't go, it's boring.
  • It's fairly interesting and if you're in Marfa already then you should check it out.
