  • Great museum with excellent artifacts. Volunteers passionate about Walt's life and knew him which came across in the tour. Definitely worth a visit even if you aren't passing through as I was. The whole town of Marceline is nice and can visit Main Street, Walt's former home and his barn.
  • Absolutely worth the visit! I am a Disney fan and long-time annual passholder. I thought I knew a lot about Disney...I leaned so much! The lady giving the tour had the Disneys as guests in her home! Oh my gosh! She had so many fun and facinating stories! I loved it!
  • This was a really neat and interesting experience. The whole thing from the museum to the exhibits and the great people that make everything work. The trip was well worth it and a lot of fun
  • I'm an original Disneyland cast member when it opened, so I first visited the Museum in late Sept. of 2001 on my way back to my hometown in Iowa. Marceline is very much like my birthplace of Russell, Iowa, except Marceline has a Main St. and Railroad. I met the Director of the museum Kaye Malens at the NFFC show in 2005, our Disneyland Breakfast Club has donated money toward the Midget Autopia Project. This last Sept. I again visited the Museum as I drove to Burlington, Iowa for my 60th H.S. Reunion, and when I walked in the door there was Kaye Malens sitting behind the front desk. She gave me a great tour, and I am now in the process of collecting memorabilia from the original cast members called the Club 55 to donate to the Museum in the near future. This museum is a must for Disney
