  • Clean, big, public beach. Paved walk/bike ways, plenty of parking. Law Enforcment on site (bonus)! NOT trailer park type friendly!  more »
  • This is a wonderfully maintained meticulously beach with an eastern exposure. A very comfortable place to enjoy one of very few Florida key beaches.  more »
  • On busy days, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The beach is nice and quite large. Don't expect good snorkeling though. For that you will need to go on a boat and head a ways out. We found it ju...  more »

  • Easily one of the most beautiful beaches in FL and yet it stays pretty quiet and low key. Bring a picnic lunch as there's lots of picnic awnings. If you have kayaks, paddle boards, we found it to be our favorite paddle in the keys (mostly because it wasn't crazy windy).. if you go through the channels by the houses. Get ready to see manatees and amazing aquatic life.
  • Beautiful beach with blue waters and silky sand. Beach was clean. There is ample place to park your cars, decent restroom, many places to relax under trees. If you are heading to Key West, take a quick detour and visit this place.
  • Awesome spot to take my dog. The beach is a tad bit small compared to other beaches, but in all reality it's so cozy you won't even walk away feeling unfulfilled. People were very nice too. Was a nice stop before driving back home.
  • Wonderful white clean beach. Little park and facilities right behind it. Enough parking space. Worth visiting.
  • I'm from Fort Lauderdale so I'm spoiled when it comes to beaches. The parking is free and seemed plentiful. The water was murky but that could change. Felt a little claustrophobic but it was the Sunday before labor day. I thought an "off the beaten path" beach wouldn't be as crowded, but it was a holiday weekend. Doubt I'll return.
