  • Urban Air Trampoline Park in Bloomington/Ellettsville, IN on highway 46W is a newer family venue for our hometown. This is a wonderful place to let the kiddo's of all ages have fun and let off steam. ...  more »
  • Our first visit to Urban Air Mansfield had a spring break special online 3 hours for $12. We thought this was a great deal so decided to give it a try. First bad sign was the long wait to get in at 10...  more »
  • This does not deserve any stars. I had a bad feeling when I noticed that they did not open on time. A good sign of a well ran business requires to adhere to time. They opened 4 minutes late. They had ...  more »

  • Honestly my kids had fun, but we won't be back. It's dirty, the employees are kids and can't seem to enforce the safety and rules. It's a complete madhouse while the teenage employees talk to each other. Parents take their kids and don't watch them, both my kids had been knocked down multiple times. I even had to say something to an employee who let a small child run around bigger kids while they were jumping. Ridiculous!! I'll go to the one in denton from now one. At least I know the drive will be worth it!!
  • I'm fine with your new "sock policy" however if your going to have this policy you should have a good quality of socks. The lime green grippers on the bottom of the socks were everywhere and my toddler wanted to pick them up and eat them. Also, it would be wise to have better employees. There are several young "adults" working there with no one to adequately look over them to insure they are doing their jobs and giving good customer service. I told a young man there was throw up in the toddler trampoline area and no one ever came to clean it up. Very poorly managed. We have been to this location several times since it opened and every time is worse, we will never be returning.
  • I am not one to write bad reviews however in this instance they have absolutely shown very poor customer service. I took my son for his birthday with 6 kids I had a Groupon for 4 of them and paid for the other 2. It was later I realized they charged me twice then when I confronted the manager I was told they do not do refunds. I gave them my number and have now been waiting for 5 days to hear from the corporate office. I just want my money back. We will never go back
  • Had a great time. I few more things for adults to do would be nice and more food & drink selection, but it was worth the money & will go back. I love that adults can play as well. Great cardio.
  • My experience was not good! God to flight deck on Cooper, it is so much bigger and they have referees for their dodgeball courts. There is no dodgeball here just a court to throw balls at each other. It's definitely not worth the the money. The kids had an ok time but it's a dirty place.
