  • This place is gorgeous !!! We are planning on coming and renting a cabin the next time we visit, it's that picturesque and lovely
  • Whole Flaming Gorge is nice, but appears the two ends are the best. One on the north end, Fire Hole and the Canyon rim on the south end. The newer one, Lucerne, was nice and new, but not quite the views or amibence of the other two. Anvil, Middle part, was nice, but watch out for the mud near the lake shore, it'll sink ya for sure and you don't want to know how I "KNOW" that.. heheh, dirt off road and can be a little tricky at times.
  • Absolutely wonderful high desert views. Facilities are ok but not to rave about. Nice boat landing for access to the reservoir. Washboard entry road is very rough but no blind curves and wide enough if you meet traffic going in the opposite direction.
  • Beautiful place to visit and not very crowded on a Saturday for us. There are a lot of beautiful overlooks around and Red Canyon is highly recommended.
  • So beautiful and so much fun for everyone in the family. It's just a family tradition for us and it is amazing!
  • Camp hosts were really nice (and I mean really nice): they found us fire wood, kept asking if we were having a good time (which we were) and, most importantly, kept the poopers clean. And I've had a lot of grumpy camp hosts. A lot.
