  • I was disappointed with this aquarium. It was quite dirty and not maintained well. I would not recommend or visit again.  more »
  • A pleasant surprise on the end of Manhattan Beach Pier. Free admission with a donation appreciated. Nice display of aquatic life from fish to eels to starfish, some of which you are allowed to touch. ...  more »

  • The staff here make this place great. They really want to show you cool new things and teach you about sea life. This place feels very community-oriented and community-supported.
  • A Nice place to visit ! No cover fee, and yet there are many many things to see in this place ! The staffs are nice here too ! Definitely go check this place out !
  • Small and crowded. Almost felt like we were in somebody's basement or garage. It's not fancy or professional but is definitely fun.
  • A cute little aquarium. Something nice to do while you're on the waterfront but I wouldn't drive out to Manhattan Beach just to see the marine life here. They had a nice assortment of marine life and you can even touch some of them. There are two floors. There's a cute little kids area upstairs with a small table and chairs with stuffed animals and puzzles. The staff were friendly. It's a very small place and tight fit so I'd recommend going right before closing around sunset which is when we went. No admission fee but a suggested donation.
  • Such a great experience, and the perfect spot to bring the kids! The aquarium is "free" but toss in $5 and help support a great community resource.
