  • The former Verizon Center in Manchester, NH is a great venue. Really not a bad seat in the place. The sound system is great.

  • Went to Carrie Underwood Concert 9/29/16 with our 2 granddaughters. We were so excited, I picked tickets that would be to the left of the stage where Carrie would be singing. At least that's what I guessed. The map showed the arena with "MIX" whatever that is, couldn't find out, at the very right. Gray area so maybe it's where there's equipment??? The runway was towards the left and the stage with 2 extra stage areas on each side were right before the "MIX" So, the seats on the lower level 122, which were right at the corner of the front, should have been perfect. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really wish someone could explain that because she faced the back area, which was where the "MIX" area was and sung mostly with her back to us the whole night. She walks around, thank God, so she came to our side of the stage occasionally. SO SO DISAPPOINTED AND I REALLY WISH CARRIE UNDERWOOD AND HER CREW WOULD KNOW THAT. I THINK THEY WANT THEIR FANS TO BE HAPPY WITH THE CONCERT AND HOW CAN YOU BE WHEN YOU FEEL YOU WERE TOTALLY MISLEAD BY THE STAGE LAYOUT OF THE ARENA. Whose fault is that, mine for not calling, arena's for not explaining what the mix area is, or Carrie Underwood for setting up a stage that is not accurately portrayed so you can buy the tickets where you want to be. It was a good concert and our granddaughters had so much fun, kids' don't seem to notice things like that but then again they didn't pay $550 for 3 seats to watch her back or here face up on the screen which I could stay at home and watch from tv. So all in all, I think I'm glad I went and spent that money. At least I feel I have some bragging rights. If I ever go to a concert again I will do my best to find out exactly where the performer will be facing.
  • Like most arenas the vendor prices are incredibly over-priced. Staff was not clear on disabled access points or elevator locations. Cleaning staff go thru and keep the place clean.
  • If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered accessible seating. When I received my tickets, they showed no sign of being accessible. So, I called and they assured me that they were handicapped seating. I get to the arena and find out they are regular seats. I asked for a supervisor and he pats my friend with cerebral palsy on the back saying , "I'll take care of you." He puts in front of a hanginger beam which totally obstructed our view! So, I requested another seating arrangement and I had to wait and waited for that same supervisor. He says, "I don't think they will allow me to move you again. " Like he was doing us sure huge favors! Finally we got our seats moved by another woman. By this time, we had missed all of the opening acts. At the end of the show, I got separated from my friends. I was waiting for them to pick me up in the doorway. The person informed me that I would have to leave in 3 minutes. I get in the parking lot, it is dark, no security...and get this-it costs $40 to park! Absolutely ridiculous!
  • Good arena with plenty of great seats. Pretty easy to get to but sometimes parking can get a bit tricky.
  • No bad seats in the house. Every seat has a great view.
