My son and I stopped by the brewery on our way up the mountain. The great tasting traditional beers haven't changed. They have a very good selection of seasonal beers. Not a big fan of the sour beers,... read more »

I don't drink. And when I say I don't drink I really mean I don't drink alcohol. So why would someone who doesn't drink go to a brewing place??? Well because I was with others( mostly who don't drink ... read more »
Beer was good. I enjoyed some of the local flavors in the 395 and the wild Sierra. Only giving a poorer rating because I came in early. I was the only one in the bar. Ordered a flight and was handed a sheet with the info of the beers. I think this is totally acceptable when busy but I kind of want to know more about it. I tried striking up conversation with the waitress several times. But was left to drink my beers in solitude. I'm traveling alone, by motorcycle, in a tourist destination. I even stayed at the bar hoping some conversation would come up. Zero personality.
Beer is good, but the food is amazing! The nachos are a MUST. The Irish Caesar Salad is also at the top of the list. You can tell when you walk in that a culture of quality and customer service is prevalent. We went there twice in two days and can't wait to go back. It might even be a destination for the food, even recognizing there is great skiing, backpacking, and mountain biking!
Chill vibe, simple set up.... order your beer, order your food, take your number and grab a seat. The beer tenders were knowledgeable and helpful if you couldnt decide amongst their many options. Some beers are only offered as 2oz pours. At least the passion fruit blues was only offered that way... kinda of a bummer, but it was available as a 22oz. I can't speak to the food, as we didnt have tome to order before we left, but it smelled good and had a good variety of options. Have to hit this place up again next time.
Great place to relax after riding the village gondola down at the end of a long day. Indoor cornhole and other games make this a laid back and fun atmosphere.
I loved this place. The tasting is an awesomely priced and is never ending. The barmaid is really entertaining and kept our company fully stocked during our visit.
