  • 41 tent or rv sites at Thornhill Broome, park parallel to the ocean, all you see from your window is sand, waves, birds, and the sky. No hookups, we had an exceptionally peaceful 4 day trip, The shore...  more »
  • Be sure to make a stop here while cruising up the coast. Gorgeous spot for a picnic etc. Better yet, check the surf forecast and stop to watch as everyone tries to grab a wave!  more »
  • Point Mugu, at the northern end of Malibu has no good swimming facilities and few access to the water but it offers good marine wildlife watching, such as sea lions.  more »

  • Sycamore Canyon Campground - great location! Just outside the LA metro area but feels like another world away. Camp grounds and facilities were clean. Nice to be tucked back into the canyon with trees for shade and wind break. It was quiet, peaceful and not over crowded. Wish I had more time to check out all the trails. The beach was fantastic and interesting rocks to climb on. Highly recommended!
  • Good place to hike. You can see the sunset with ocean and the awesome mountains view in the back. Love it :)
  • Awesome camping right on the beach. In the winter there is plenty of spots. They allow dogs (they must be on leash) This place is awesome.
  • Close to home. Clean and fun. Cute campsites. Very intimate campsites.
  • Stunning part of the world. Got to spend some time here with a beautiful woman, made me smile. =)
