  • Great spot for hiking! Not far outside Malibu about 10 miles from Zuma beach, right along the Pacific Coast Highway is Point Mogu Start Park. We parked at the campground and walked to the Scenic Trail...  more »

  • Great beach. Never too crowded. Warm water current compared to a little south. Great body surfing. Great surfing if the waves are bigger. The hike to the top of the mountain next to the beach will reward you with majestic views if the ocean and channel islands in the distance.
  • The view is a must see in a life time!!! Don't miss out on this absolutely gorgeous sight of pure beauty. The coastal view and the high ocean breeze from the mountains is refreshing and oh-so peaceful. Its awe inspiring and the hike up isn't too bad at all.
  • The campground was nice. The bathrooms were flush toilets but really not well taken care of - I've seen many latrines that were better cared for. They have showers that you can pay for hot water on. The campsites are fairly close together. But it is a beautiful spot and it's across the street from a nice beach. The beach was fairly clean. It was overall a nice place to stay.
  • Great park! Easy hiking trails with great views of the ocean, clean campsites and great beach! The beach is perfect for hanging out in my opinion. Soft sand, no rocks on the shore that cut your feet walking into the water, and waves are nice and chill. The water is relatively shallow but enough to make boogie boarding fun. Came here for a church retreat and bachelor party. Lots of fun!
  • Great hiking. Lots of trails. Be sure to check out the waterfalls when they are flowing.
