  • My girls first trick or treat and it was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was great. The costume contest was very entertaining. Thanks to the whole mall family.  more »
  • It is a mall with brands and good price, there is a Sephora store my favorite, victoria secrets, banana Republic, there is a food court and is also the cheesecake factory restaurant where you can try delicious desserts.

  • Nice stop to make before heading home when driving over four hours. The mall is clean and it is nice to see family out shopping. We always stop here to do some shopping and to get a bite to eat at the...  more »

  • With the Boston store, and their large Ralph Lauren department, always a sale, and when they have a sale, it's bargain hunters delight!Another store named "BUCKLE" if you are tall and thin like I am 30/34 they have a great store for us tall thin guys! They realize that not everyone has to be a 32/34 ( if your lucky to find that in other stores. It's a great store for all tall and thin guys! They sell age appropriate jeans for guys (I'm 53) who are still hip in their jean style! Apple is in the mall as is coach and other higher end specialty stores like Williams Sonoma!
  • It's a nice open mall that's good for a walk, shopping, or grabbing a bite to eat. The prices are reasonably good wherever and there are multiple small kiosks with other services that vary throughout the year. The only thing that isn't so great about this mall is that it is generally quite crowded as it is in a busier area of Madison.
  • Shopping malls suck, but this is a pretty good one. Good food court and good store selection. If you insist on being average then this is the place to go.
  • Stopped specifically for gyros from the food court. Gyros were outstanding. Employees were polite. Service is rather snaillike. I give parking a 1!
  • I seldom visit the West Town Mall, I would like to but the restrooms are not disability friendly. So the mall, which might be fun for me to shop or have lunch is not an option. I had help to get inside the Mall, via a handwheel chair, to get to phone company's kiosk. I also question the design of rest room on food court side, is just too small & with no proper doors & no constant survelance from security, is just not worth the bother of visiting this mall.

Where to stay in Madison

The university and state politics draw a constant stream of visitors to Madison, so you'll find a wide range of accommodations in the city. Numerous hotels circle the campus, and some of these overlook Lake Mendota. Moving onto the isthmus between Lake Mendota and Lake Monona, you'll find a handful of charming inns and bed and breakfasts, most of which offer panoramic views of the water. Areas south of Lake Monona feature national chain hotels and motels. These sit farther away from the action around campus and the State Capitol Building, but they can also offer water views and quiet settings near some of Madison's many parks.
