  • A beautiful little park with plenty of water. Excellent skating in the winter and good tennis courts in the summer. Great place to rent the building for family/work picnics.
  • Great park in the city. It has a beach, playground, picnic tables, a pond for ice skating in the winter. It also has a locks for boats to pass from Lakes Mendota to Monona. What's not to like? A park ...  more »

  • Great place to go fishing with family members and jog or just walk. Love sitting by the Eddie by the lake and catching the sun set.
  • Nice walk. No mosquitos! Kids had fun watching the lock in action and playing at playground. People fish it this area offten so I would assume that the fishing is decent.
  • My favorite park in the beautiful city. Beach, bike paths. Most beautiful bridge. Tenney locks. Nice pavilion. Ice skating in the winter. Amazing trees jetting out over the lake.
  • What's not to love about Tenney Park?! Beautiful lagoons in the summer, ice skating in the winter. A beautiful new warming house/shelter. Near the Tenney locks, walk over and watch the boats go by...or walk along the Yahara River too!
  • We love Tenney, specially for younger children, the play structure is very nice. The beach is lovely, when clean. Very nice place to relax or have a picnic and spend the day.
