  • Went to a Monday night game two weeks ago. Waited in line to order food. It took 50 minutes to get full order. Things came out ten minutes apart so by the time we got back to seats we missed one inning and had ice cold burgers, warm sodas, Luke warm fries, and warm chicken and brat. For paying over 50 dollars we expected to at least be able to eat 40% of the food. Ended up just with popcorn and cotton candy was all that was left. Emailed two managers including Vern with not even an apology. Used to have fun yrs ago. I guess since they have regular crowds now and not needing to heavily promote they don't care if they lose a few families. Sad.
  • First, we love the Mallards and the fun we have had there for years. Last night was not a fun experience. Arrived 45 minutes before game time, excited for the opener and hungry. After waiting 30 minutes to get through the gate, and then watching a dozen young workers with no supervision, whom had not been coached on how to prepare any of the menu items and had no direction we received our order in the third inning. Got to our seats in Section 204 to find the loudspeaker working on half of the announcers words, the pitch speed indicator not operating and complaining fans all around us. Not the fun night we were expecting. Obviously no dry run had been conducted which showed little regard to the 6500 fans who came expecting a good experience. The full time staff, even you Vern looked like deer in headlights. You are not new at this so I can only assume last night you decided to use opening night to be your dry run to prepare for the season. We won't be back for a while to find out how that work d for you.
  • I actually don't like baseball, but everytime I've been here with family and friends I've had a good time due to the friendly staff and fun/entertaining things the staff put on during the games
  • Always a good time. Lots of stuff going on between plays and around the park. Good clean traditional fun...with beer and brats. Weiner!
  • Fantastic family fun! The staff is like nothing you have ever experienced at a ball park before. Something fun for every family member. Oh yeah, the team is solid as well!
