  • The winery staff are knowledgeable and lead our small group thru a fun tasting of a number of red, white and dessert wines. We were impressed. The tasting room was very clean, well organized and there...  more »
  • This is a small vineyard in absolutely amazing setting, good wine and friendly service. We were sitting outside with glass of merlot and Triskele and felt like we were only people in the area.
  • First off, they have a super cool LOVE sign out front made of wine bottles. Great picture opportunity. But on to the wine...we did a full tasting and wine was excellent! The staff was friendly and kno...  more »

  • Delcious wine, staff was so friendly (Tom was the best!), and the most beautiful views!! Very relaxing atmosphere and environment especially after a hike in Shenandoah. Live band plays outside while you sit and drink your wine. The cheese ball is delicious (homemade!!), get it with a baguette. A must go-to vineyard!!!
  • Ok wines; guy doing tastings seemed drunk. He spilled wine on this woman 4 times during our tastings. Maybe if we had someone else doing the tastings it would have been better.
  • Stopped by the tasting room on a whim. What a pleasant surprise! Tasted 9 of the wines they offer, and found they each had many enjoyable qualities. My favorites and the wines that I took home were the Gibson Hollow White and the Petit Verdot. Magnifique!
  • We stopped into DuCard Vineyards a few weeks back for the Saint Patrick's Day celebration. I loved the pathway over the creek to the tasting room. Inside the tasting room, the open space, beams and huge fireplace was gorgeous and inviting. Though I tend to like reds, we ended up with a bottle of one of their whites and settled outside to listen to the celtic band. Definitely a hidden gem, can't wait to go back!
  • They built an exquisite tasting room with several species of local reclaimed hardwoods , on the floor and bar area . They are fairly newer but heading in the right direction. The views of Old Rag Mountain and the vineyard is a very peaceful setting .They sell local cheeses and unique crackers that go great with there wines , especially the reds in my opinion. I will definitely come back soon to see the progress and new variety's .
