  • I think it was the time of year as the water levels were low but it was a bit disappointing there was very little water going over the falls. A lovely drive through the trees though
  • We spent a few days here and did lots of hiking. We stayed at the inn and it was pleasant. It is quite clean and updated pretty much. We really enjoyed the seating / game area in the inn. The hiking w...  more »

  • The need to enforce their rules more. I would of loved to go under the falls but the rules said stay behind fence. I'm one to listen to rules. But it's unfair to me to see some kids down their under the falls ignoring rules and doing as they please. Anyway... ENFORCE YOUR RULES
  • Clifty Falls State Park has Big Clifty and Little Clifty as well as several others when the water is flowing make for a great show. I visited the park after it had rained for several days and the falls were flowing. The sound of the water was amazing. The lower approach to Big Clifty (trail 2) was not possible since the creak bed was quite deep. That is the trade off see the falls from above with lots of water mean you will need to make a dryer weather visit to get to the lower section.
  • I hadn't been here since I was a kid, and I have been here 3 times this summer alone! Such a beautiful place, never crowded, and definitely a worthwhile hike. Hoffman falls is my favorite, with a hike up the falls exposing hundreds of fossils from almost 500 million years ago! To be able to see such ancient treasures literally crumbling out of the waterfall face is simply incredible.
  • The WORST food. The WORST service. The rooms are very very poorly cleaned. The only good thing out of this place is the trails.
  • Great Family Place!!!! They have almost everything for your entire family! They have a awesome campground, electric and non electric, there's a pool, several places to cook out and equipment for the kids to play on, trails upon trails if hiking is your thing. An Inn for an overnight stay. The staff is always helpful and friendly!! We go there almost every weekend!!!
