  • We come to Madeira Beach every year. It's our happy place, to be sure. A short walk from our condo brings us back to the Candy Kitchen every year. The air of nostalgia and amazing variety of ice cream...  read more »
  • My grand daughter wanted to stop here and my cousin who lives in Tampa recommended it. Try the fudge. Candies from the 50's, 60's, 70's,80's, 90's and even into 2000's. Oh you like bugs or wo...  read more »
  • Loved the ice cream and Italian Ice!!! We had to return a couple times over our week long visit to check out all of the candy selection. The store has every candy back to the 50s!
  • The killer Sunday was hands down the best Sunday I have ever had. My wife and I went back three nights in a row to try new fudge and ice cream combinations. The staff is also very friendly and they do a great job getting people in and out of the establishment.
  • I went to the candy kitchen ice cream/candy shop to try their mint chocolate chip ice cream around my birthday week around the 7th of August. To my surprise I was unable to taste the mint and the chocolate chips did not taste like chocolate. If this is a family owned business it must be that the owners are not making the ice cream anymore. My spouse tried the chocolate peanut butter and she could not find any peanut butter pieces until the very end of her waffle cone. The waffle cones were not homemade. The quality of ice cream is absent and so are the owners that are obviously not making the homemade ice cream.
  • A must visit while in Treasure Island. Spend a few dollars on candy or ice cream. Tiny parking lot and tiny building, so plan to wait a bit if going after sunset.
  • Great ice cream, big servings, and reasonable prices. The best in the area. Every type of candy you can imagine.
  • This is a fun shop! Lots of nostalgic toys and candies for kids of all ages. Leave your car at the beach lot and walk on over!
