  • I remember when the Crossings opened with "nice" shops. There seems to be a lot of "junk" there now. My husband used the restroom and said it was "disgusting". Dirty and in bad repair. Unforgivable in...  read more »
  • I have been visiting Mackinaw City for several years. I used to really like the crossings, but now we just make a quick walk thru and then we are done with it. Our favorite shop is Strait To The Pantr...  read more »
  • This was a fun shopping experience when visiting Mackinaw City when it opened years ago. Over the years many different stores have come and gone and currently it sits with several empty buildings and ...  read more »
  • Decent outdoor mall. Has most anything a tourist of Mackinaw would want. Ice Cream, Old Time Photos, T-shirts, Toys, a bar, and restaurants. The day we were there, they had karaoke, and some dude was trying to sing Bohemian Rhapsody. Needless to say, he was VERY entertaining.
  • Great shopping experiences in Mackinac City! Check out Outfitters for your BEST PRICES on all attire. Micky's Ice Cream shop - definitely will not go wrong with service and ice cream as they give you enough for 2 people! Everyone is always friendly and never pushy. :-)
  • A VERY rude, condensending dark haired man who works at the lego shop in Mackinaw Crossings needs a lesson in customer sercice as well as some reflecting on what it takes to be a good human being. Will be issuing a complaint about him as far to the top as I can go. Needs to think about his customers who help him pay his bills. Otherwise the Crossings is great however, he really left a bad impression amongst myself and those I traveled with.
  • Lots of cool shops and restaurants. They even had live music on sunday. Good place to walk around and kill some time.
  • The Crossings really cares about the atmosphere and how people feel when visiting. They want to make sure people feel welcomed and enjoy their time. I happen to speak with Sarah who manages the crossings and she was extremely nice, and caring. We did have a horrible experience at The photo shop that goes by old time photo and Michigan memories. Marco has the worst customer service! If your looking for an old time portrait Go to the island bookstore they have a place called mackinaw old time portraits, just around the corner they are very friendly!
