  • Visited this place with my three kids, over $300 in medical bills later we won’t be returning. Paid for my kids to enter and interestingly enough I wasn’t asked to sign any waivers or paperwork. It was extremely noisy with other children running completely wild. A few minutes later my middle child indicated that my youngest was injured and couldn’t free her arm. I kicked my shoes off and jumped into the bouncy place where I found her with her arm dislocated at the elbow. Apparently it had gotten wedged between something on the bouncy and dislocated as the other children tried to free her. I carried her out of the bouncy with the help of other parents, no staff in sight. When I exited the bouncy, I saw the staff idly standing behind the counter not paying the situation any attention. The other parents were all supportive and trying to provide assistance. I had my other two kids gather shoes while my daughter screamed in pain at the top of her lungs. Still, the staff ignored us. As I was moving toward the exit, one of the staff members had the nerve to wish us a nice day. That person is a (redacted) monster in my book. They didn’t acknowledge the injury or express any concern for what happen. Kids get hurt and in this type of environment it's far more likely to happen. I accept that. The issue I have is with the idiotic staff, their complete lack of empathy and their flippant disregard. The staff isn't fit enough to cook french fries, let alone work a job interacting with the public.
  • I love the place and all but I don't understand how they can say you can't go on anything if your over 12. It's not posted. Maybe you teenage 15, 16, or even 17 needed a little bit break life and wanted to jump or slide down and be a kid again. Plus on the policy it said 18 or younger has to be with a parent. So they are saying 17 and younger are still kids. Being in the place with the kids and climb, jumping, ect.. would be fun if your 18 or younger because you are still aware that they can get her and you pay attention. I can understand it there is a weight policy you can't weight more than this.... but if that person is less then that weight plus that kid it should be fine. Older kids just want that little break.
  • We took my 3 year old son a week ago for the first time and he loved it. My husband and I were allowed to get in the bouncy houses and play with him. We all had so much fun. Yesterday, I brought my son and his big brother (whom he only sees twice a month) to play together. We were immediately told that my step-son could not play because he was over 12. My toddler was heartbroken. He kept asking his brother to get in and just could not understand why he couldn't. They just lost my business. I was planning on being a regular customer.
  • I would like to say that you have the rudest, uneducated, noisy, people employed at the Bounce About in Lynchburg. My three year old grandson who has Autism was there playing. My son in law was in hearing distance when the one working mouthed to another lady" he's a f#%king strange one" referring to my Non verbal Autistic Grandson. Now you may run your business that way but I don't have to frequent your business. Nor does my family A little education on Autism with your workers would be useful! You are not a five star and hit the one star by mistake.
  • Allows parents to leave kids unsupervised while those kids physically hurt other smaller children then when wr complained thr employees didnt even say anything to them or sorry or amything yet it states clearly that kids are to be supervised. When asked for a refund as we had to leave due to other UNSUPERVISED kids hurting our 2 year old, they said its against policy. Never even a sorry your child that you were holding out of everyones way got hurt due to gross negligamce of staff and parent of kids who walk away amd play on laptops while their children ruin the experience for others.
