  • Neat little day trip to one of Georgia's state parks. Interpretive Center was not very helpful, and the washrooms are dirty. The park itself looks a little bit run down. But nonetheless it still worth...  more »
  • The Providence Canyon State Park and considered one of the Seven natural wonders of the State of Georgia. He is also known as the ' Little Grand Canyon '. One of the strangest attractions of the State Park is an abandoned house, including about a dozen rusted cars, the early 1950. Due to the environmental damage that the removal of the vehicles would cause, Park officials decided to leave them where they were. Worth knowing. There are two trails to see the Canyon. March 1 and another 7 miles (4:00). I did the 3 miles of it took around 1:10 min. They start behind the Visitor Center. If the person does not have provision to track my tip is that passing the input box to 100 m you can park the car and see the canyon.
