  • Great course, good service, enjoyed it a great deal. Nice Northern feel without having to drive 4 hours!
  • The condition of the Hemlock is as good or better than any other Michigan public golf course. The layout is also top notch. Go to Arcadia for the lake views, but the Hemlock offers a fantastic golf experience at a fraction of the price.
  • My summer vacation always includes a trip to Ludington and golf at Hemlock Golf Club. Hemlock is one of the most unique golf courses I have ever played. The course is always in fantastic condition, with the best greens, tees, and fairways you will find anywhere. The course is cut out of native woods and dunes. I can't wait for 2016!
  • Very nice course and challenging for the avid golfer! If your not straight with the driver this place could eat u up in a hurry though!
  • I've played a ton of public/semi private courses in northern Michigan and this course is a top dog for sure!! The only thing that this course doesn't have is a massive million dollars clubhouse and all paved cart paths. Who cares!!! If you love golf then you have got to play this course!!! Layout is fantastic and challenging.. They manicure everything so the greens hold really well and the fairways look great. One last thing, you should be paying easily $75+ to play this course but they are only at 45 or 50. What a steal.. I will be back with friends.
  • Tight long fairways perfectly manicured for a public course. EXCELLENT layouts, exceptionally challenging, small greens forcing an accurate approach with tournament style stimp on those greens. Probably one of the best public courses ive seen in a VERY long time (min 100 public courses played in 5 states). You cant beat its majesty.. Tall pines line fairways and hazards. Best part is the duffers cant shank one at you since the trees separating the fairways are dense and lush. Wasnt a fan of the % of hazard areas but the sand is like that at the beach.. thin grained and not too difficult to maneuver out of. Prob the course with the best/prettiest tee box views throughout. each tee box leaves you smiling at the challenge ahead. Just something amazing to behold and you CAN NOT BEAT THE PRICE FOR THE QUALITY. ANYWHERE.
