  • To watch these creatures in their habitat is amazing. They are entertaining and busy. It doesn't take long to drive to the park and take a look. Certainly a different tour that you will never forget.

  • My wife loves to go and see the Prairie Dogs in the park. We go there every time we are in Lubbock. Brings back old memories from the 1950's.

  • THIS PLACE IS SO CUTE! The prairie dogs are usually out on nice days. They love carrots and unsalted nuts! You can see babies in the spring around early May. There are also ground owls that you can spot on rare occasions!
  • Love Prarie Dog Town! I wish I had pictures of friends feeding the Prarie dogs raisins, that's if you are slow and cautious enough to approach them. Lubbock gem for sure
  • So much fun watching the prairie dogs. A great spot to hang out if you have a few minutes
  • Great place, kids enjoy looking and listening. Beautiful scenery, especially in spring/summer as ground floral starts blooming. Nice educational board also with descriptive picture.
  • Very cool! A must see for any visitors or residents!
