  • The Prairie dog town is a great little (FREE) stop. There were so many of them running around. We arrived early in the morning, and they were very active. A great spot to stop for anyone.  more »

  • THIS PLACE IS SO CUTE! The prairie dogs are usually out on nice days. They love carrots and unsalted nuts! You can see babies in the spring around early May. There are also ground owls that you can spot on rare occasions!
  • Love Prarie Dog Town! I wish I had pictures of friends feeding the Prarie dogs raisins, that's if you are slow and cautious enough to approach them. Lubbock gem for sure
  • So much fun watching the prairie dogs. A great spot to hang out if you have a few minutes
  • Great place, kids enjoy looking and listening. Beautiful scenery, especially in spring/summer as ground floral starts blooming. Nice educational board also with descriptive picture.
  • Very cool! A must see for any visitors or residents!
