  • the museum is very small, but ok for Lubbock. the rotating exhibits are the most interesting, and call or go to site to see what's there. the docents are very knowledgeable and helpful.  more »
  • It's an excellent museum to go to for free. Its small but has good, informative exhibits. I would recommend for something simple and free.  more »

  • This place is fantastic. There's so little to do in Lubbock, and even less when you have no money. This place is free and informative, and you can take a good hour or so looking at the interesting exhibits. The theater is outstanding as well. My family and I have gone to many shows here over the years.
  • I dislike that most of the dinosaur displays are resin, and not real bones. The Dino displays have also not changed a whole lot over all in the last 20 years. The weather exhibit was interesting, but felt very cramped in the small room they have it crammed into. The Vampire/Werewolf exhibit was interesting. For a small museum over all they make good use of the space they have. I don't recommend seeing the art installation of the CDs on the floor with the flashing lights. Gave me a serious headache and could probably cause a seizure in someone prone to them.
  • I have been coming here for about 20 years and every time I come in town I still Love to stop by and see all the great additions that have been made!
  • I love this place. A great way to spend a day. Helpful and energetic staff. Very clean and well kept even during the construction.
  • Great exhibitions for the children and grown ups too. Had a great time. Definitely recommend.
