  • We're at Lowell for only one reason, to see the B-52s. So we decided to get here early and check it out. It's huge! Several floors spanning several buildings with over 250 artist studios featuring all...  more »
  • A good friend of mine lives here so I came in to check it out. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but it is safe enough. Lots of cool little shops inside. Totally worth a visit!  more »
  • Western Art Studios has something for everyone. From beer to beautiful art, woodworking to rings. Floors of art and designs for all.  more »
  • There is always something interesting going on here. With more than 300 artists living, working and creating in all kinds of media. Open studios are the first Saturday of every month where you can meet many of the artists in their studios. The Loading Dock Gallery is open Wednesday through Sunday with representative works from many of the artists for sale. Around the holiday you can count on the studios being open Saturday and Sunday, with free parking. A new addition is Navigation Brewery with craft beer made on site. Another special treat are the occasional shows put on by the Miracle Providers. Adjacent to Western Ave Studios are the Lofts where artists live and work. Great place to find something special and unique.
  • Really enjoyable very cool Art space. Would recommend Thursday or Friday evening for adventuring though, as the brewery is open.
  • Western Avenue Studios is a one-stop shopping art extravaganza. So much to see during Open Studios on the first Saturday of every month with such diversity amongst the 300 studios. Get there early so you can try to see it all! Free parking and the opportunity to purchase a memorial art treasure.
  • So many artists! So much art! A hidden gem.
  • I love this place, so much art, inspiration, and wonderful people. Open Studios is a special event, with so much to see and experience.
