  • This is a cute little store taht attracts people by letting them go up their lookout tower. You have to go into the store to get up to the tower. The view of the dam and the surrounding area is nice.  more »
  • Left Estes park early to visit. Ad says 7:00 and we arrived at 6:04 to find it closed. Better off grabbing something in Estes.  more »
  • My mom and her siblings have been coming up here since the 50's. This was the stop before they headed up the mountain to Estes Park. This was the first place they could cuss without getting in trouble...  more »

  • As far as crappy gift shops go, this is dynamite. The perfect kind of cheesy and the various kinds of jerky are surprising. Worth going.
  • Love this Dam Store! Great knick knacks and buffalo jerky is delicious. The tower was out but the friendly ladies working allowed us to go upstairs and check out the dam and falls. We will be returning for more Dam action.
  • It's a tourist trap, a good spot to take a break on your way to Estes Park or Loveland (depending on whether you are heading west or east on 34), they don't have a first aid kit, I stopped here once after a minor motorcycle accident where I lost a bit of skin and they were very unhelpful.
  • Lots of Jerky. Always nice people.
  • OK just over priced tourist place
