  • We stopped here with our kids to kill some time and it was well worth it. The price price was not too expensive and almost everything is hands on.  more »
  • The museum is a pretty good bargain at ~$20 for entry with a movie. The only down side to the 5+ hours we spent there was that some of the displays were a bit tired (or even out of order). Kids ages 1...  more »
  • We took our 4-year old grandchild here. There was so much to do that we will have to revisit. The hands on exhibits were kept in working order and provided student-centered learning.  more »

  • Amazing exhibitions with high level of professional learning tools. I'd spend longer time if I lived in Louisville. The admission fee is very reasonable when all the activities are concerned. I especially like the variety of different sorts of exhibitions because not all kids are interested in the same subjects. Also, the personnel seem to be well trained. They were very helpful.
  • Amazing place to take the kids. We now live in North Carolina, but have just renewed our membership as we always visit when we're in town. My 3 boys, ages 10, 8, and 4, all love the museum and can spend hours and hours here without one "I'm bored!". We have visited 2 days in a row and done different things each day, and we plan to return tomorrow! It's so much more exciting than when I used to visit as a child, back when it was a natural history museum.
  • One of my favorite places to take young grandchildren. The younger ones can spend their entire visit in the area for little ones. They can run and play or cuddle up in the cubbyhole back in the children’s store and I can read them a book. Take the 8 year old and we have a completely different area to visit. I find that any age can find wonderful things to enjoy.
  • For the price of admission is not too bad. My kids had a good time which is always a plus. The staff could have been a tad bit friendlier but I can understand with a bunch of children running around and parents letting them whatever they want.
  • I've been here twice now while visiting Louisville. It is a top notch hands on children's museum. One of my favorites I have visited so far. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Great for children of all ages. ATSC Member benefits.
