  • The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable in Bourbon and Moonshine. The tour is really to see how it's all made. Tours for military are always free. It's really cool to learn how it's all made...  more »

  • We had a great tour of Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co in Louisville KY. They were great hosts and went over the very interesting history of Peerless. the tour gave us a good understanding of the distilling process, and what an art form it is to make good bourbon and rye. We would highly recommend this tour! Jerry and Marcia, MN
  • I visited Peerless with a group of friends. We took an extended weekend to hit the Bourbon Trail; although this is a completely different craft trail passport if you are keeping track. Corky (The owner) gave us the first part of our tour and went into the history of his family. Very Very interesting, especially why 50 is so important. Skip then took us the on the rest of the tour and it really was the best tour out of the 5 or 6 that we did that weekend. We all tried the moonshine at the end, but I have to be honest that I did not like it very much...which was surprising. We will have to come back and visit again when the Bourbon is ready in another few years.
  • Very small scale...but you have to start somewhere! The staff was friendly and engaging the moment we walked in the door.
  • Heads up, this place is new so there is no bourbon yet but you get to see how they make it from start to (almost) finish. It's aging now and instead of bourbon you get moonshine at the end of the tour. The shine's really good, I recommend the place!
  • My husband and I were in town for my 40th birthday. We had missed the early tour and it was almost an hour wait until the next scheduled tour. Since they were slow, they took the two of us on our own tour. You truly get to experience the process from start to finish. It was fun getting to taste the mash from the fermenting tanks. Our tour guide was fantastic, and you could tell that she loves her job! What a fun experience! Highly recommend!!
