  • What is most important to me is my young daughter loves this place! The joy and excitement that she has every time we visit is priceless to me. We are season pass holders for 3 years now. The staff has always been friendly and helpful every time we need their services, food is pretty standard but good, and the park is clean. Kid ride area is wonderful, Hurricane Bay is always the favorite spot. We have a great time as a family every time we visit.
  • I have been going to Kentucky Kingdom since the 90's. For the first time, I visited the water park. One of the highlights was the craft beer bar and plethora of draft beer throughout the park, especially the water park. The prices for concessions are reasonable for an amusement park. The lines were extremely short when we went (Wednesday, early June). I gave 4 stars instead of 5 simply because there are only 4 roller coasters - T3, Thunder run, Lightning Run, and Storm Chaser. The best of these being Storm Chaser. If they had more coasters and some larger ones, they would get 5 stars.
  • Great place for me to take the kids during summer break. Lines not to long and park was clean. Love the water park and rides. Food is a bit pricey, but expected. The first time we went some of the ride operators weren't checking the height of some children who needed to be checked. I actually had to ask for my child to be checked. He just barely made the mark. This happened on Thunder Run the wooden one no one was checking the height requirement. Just letting all come on in and sit down. Other than that we had a great day.
  • It was a nice clean amusement park. I was somewhat disappointed that my 7 year old nephew was to short for the majority of the rides. I don't remember the height requirements being stringent. Other than that we had a wonderful time. We went on a weekday so the limes weren't long at all. I really enjoyed the fact that season pass holders are able to get drinks for a $1.
  • The rides have wonderfully short lines during the week. A friendly staff in which is very helpful. The water park is great with a wonderful new expansion when the park reopened. There is nothing I don't like about the park. Really would like to see a new coaster next year.
