  • We have taken Grandchildren who live by King's Island and they enjoy this as much. Wonderful water park. A bit pricey but if you spend the whole day it is worth it. They do need to take a lesson on ho...  more »
  • The park is small, they have some new water park areas along with some fantastic new roller coasters.... we had a blast.
  • Kentucky Kingdom, better known as Six Flags by us Locals/former locals, is a much better value than Kings Island or any other major Amusement park. Prices are better and lines are shorter! We have bee...  more »

  • I'm giving this place an over all 4 stars for a couple of reasons. First of the water park is absolutely phenomenal! It's one of my favorite places to go for summer fun between the 2 wave pools, multiple water slides, 2 lazy rivers, and a water coaster. My one complaint there is they wouldn't allow you in like the last 1/3rd of the large wave pool. However, there's a rather big but here. There are these weird leg restraints on most of the coasters that go around your knees. Which basically if you're like over 5'8 and anything other than completely physically fit you're not going to be able to fit into them. Also the food is way over priced, we payed 12 dollars for two orders of fries. The people were really nice about giving us free cups for water though.
  • Season pass holders and at $59 a pass it's the greatest deal going for family fun in the Ky-Iana region. Love the water park, the kid loves it more. We come home exhausted in the best way imaginable. Food prices are also fair with the discount. Free parking (we use the free parking for other events so it's saved us $32 this year alone). BTW went out to California and went to Lego Land at it kinda sucked and $110 per ticket for a DAY it sucked even more. Way more fun to be had at a Kentucky Kingdom. I like that the park has always been clean the 7 times we went this summer.
  • Excellent value for a family of five! We took our 3 children there in July '16 because they were running a 2 days for $29.99 each deal for out of state guests with free soda both days. The park is smaller so we got familiar with the layout on day 1 (Sunday) and on day 2 (Monday) we knew just where we wanted to go. Great water park too with a great lil' kids area with many slides! The free pop is served in full size cups (about a med size at McDonald's). They give you a bracelet to wear for 2 days and each time you want a drink they just scan it and you're good to go. I suggest looking at each attraction online and check the height requirements if you have young kids because they are very strictly enforced and may seem a bit high to some people. They are serious about safety! If your child is under 48" you may find that there are not many rides they can go on, you'd be surprised. They do have a kids area but it's limited. My son is 46 1/2" and we had to divide up so that everyone could ride what they wanted. The Sea Lion show was entertaining for all. A special feature you don't see much was the wave pool just for little ones in addition to a regular sized one. Lots of life guards on duty as well. Great food at a fair price! Great roller coasters too! We will definitely return next year.
  • Ever since I was a wee little boy I loved to come here. The roller-coasters are thrilling (Lightning Run is my personal favorite), the water park is refreshing on a hot summer day (Deluge is my favorite water ride), their food is scrumptious (I've had the pizza, fries, and funnel cake), and last but not least the employees I've come across have been enthusiastic about their jobs. Come with family, friends, or even by yourself and you should have a good time. My rating: 5/5 stars.
  • It was a nice place food was good the tickets was reasonable we got two days for 29.99 plus free soft drinks all day. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rides were fun and the water park was great!
