  • Such a lovely, dog-friendly park! Lots of wildlife and a variety of plants. There's even a creek that runs through. Just beautiful! There's trails for everyone, and you easily lose track of time walking through.
  • One of my favorite places in Louisville! This park has everything for everyone! It’s well maintained w lots of trails, wildlife, and history. It’s a real jewel and adventure always awaits! ❤️❤️❤️
  • First time visit of this park. Kind of a hidden treasure. We went here to use the archery range. No gate fees, and the park was active with joggers and people walking their dogs. Definitely a nice park.
  • Love this park. I like taking walks with my husband here. I never been to the pool part. But as I am walking it looks beautiful. This park is beautiful and big. I enjoy my walks in the park it closes at 10pm the opening I don't know but I have walked at 8am before. Not sure on the time. You can always search for it on google. Try it out they have a playground for the kids too.
  • This state park is a bit of an oddity. It is more like a city park and not like the standard issue Kentucky State Resort Park. It has a fine gym which we didn't take advantage of and a fair walking/jogging trail which we did take advantage of. It is dead flat. It is located in a very suburban part of Louisville and the attendees were almost all locals, which gives it the flavor of a city park.
