  • Was visiting a Bourbon distillery and they saw we were from WI and suggested visiting Copper and Kings brandy. Was pleasantly surprised was a nice friendly place it was. Jessica was our tour guide and...  more »
  • A newer small distillery in Butchertown had tours so we decided to take one. I thought for $15 dollars it was a bit pricey for the tour, 2 – 1oz pours and a souvenir glass. The tour takes 45 minutes a...  more »
  • Who makes brandy in the middle of Louisville? They do. And they do it well. You need to add this eco-friendly, eclectic stop to your bourbon map! I'd rather not give up all the surprises, but I'll sha...  more »

  • Having done the official bourbon trail, as well as a few other distillery tours, I expected a similar experience. My wife and I were fascinated with how different the process is to make brandy, and felt this has been possibly the best distillery tour we have been too. Very informative, the liquors we tried were great, and overall were very impressed. We will definitely be back.
  • Love this place. Small, personal distillery experience with the some of the best architecture anywhere. Oh, and the brandy and gin they craft are crazy awesome too.
  • What a great experience. Drew, who guides tours and runs the bottle/gift shop, was exceptional! Despite our limited timeframe he accommodated us with a quick tour that included hand filled single barrel brandy. His narrative of the hand filled barrel backstory proves his worth to the company. Copper & Kings is a must on the distillery circuit.
  • I have yet to visit them during their regular operation, but after their Absinthe After Dark, I was left with nothing less than a great impression. Their staff, while small, left me wanting more - and I say that in the best way possible. Their craftsmanship and understanding in their craft is second to none, and I plan to come back for more. If you have the chance, do yourself a favor and check them out.
  • Great Brandy a hidden jewel of butchertown. Keep up the good work guys stay imaginative.
