  • Cherokee Park was conveniently located a few blocks from our lodging in Louisville. We took a fun walk 3 different days along some of the 30+ miles of trail. It is a very peaceful and hiker/jogger fri...  more »
  • The nicest people are there, and the dogs have so much fun! There is a separate space for the little dogs and the big dogs. Can't wait to explore the park further, it is so large, wooded and just beau...  more »

  • I love everything about this park. Road is divided (left side for pedestrians and the bright for drivers- all one way) many mini parks throughout has archery range and dog hill for dogs to run without leashes. Has COUNTLESS amount of trails for both walking and biking.
  • Cherokee park is a peaceful and beautiful place hang out in Louisville. I go to the park 4-5 times a week and spend about two hours walking/running the scenic loop and trails. The hills of the loop and varying trails provide a healthy workout and great scenery.
  • A great place to meet with friends or family, with the outdoors as your surrounding. You and play most forms of sports or jog a couple laps around for some exercise.
  • Amazing views year round. Great place to workout or relax. People are friendly and bring their dogs but also respect the space of others when needed.
  • Wish I could rate this 6 stars. This is a star in Louisville. A three mile loop with one side for bike riders and people on foot is a great find. I would suggest you come here multiple times as you will always find something new. Such a great park inside the city.
