  • This is my favorite beach in the Bay Area. i'm not sure is it because of the bridge that makes it seem so beautiful. One problem with this beach is that there's a lot of dog poop everywhere. I wished people will pick it up! Parking at this beach has never been a problem unless it is one of those rare hot days that we get 5 times a year. The closer you walk towards the bridge the more of a nudist beach this becomes.
  • Parking is 6 dollars which isn't bad but then the restrooms weren't available on two sides of the beach. When I got to the main area by the cafe the maintenance workers wouldn't let me go through and had me wait 10 min while people were still in there because they had to clean them, and an additional 5 minutes while they were in there. Normally waiting for them to do their job isn't a big deal but I had just driven to two sides of the beach looking for a working restroom, that waiting an additional 15 minutes for a functioning one was ridiculous! Especially because they knew this bathroom was the only available one in this area that we had to pay to get into.
  • This is where you should go if you're looking for a more clear stretch of beach than you can find closer to the pier. Up towards Malibu, you start getting fewer crowds and more natural beauty. Be aware that in places this beach is harder to access than in Santa Monica, with rocky paths and small drop offs. It's a bit harder to bring kids here, but a much better place for adults to hike.
  • I have been to several beaches in my life but this is hands down the nicest one I have been to. Gorgeous views, nice amenities, and very clean. Skip Venice pier and enjoy the PCH and a great view.
  • Been to a few events at Will Rogers and must say, this is a nice beach. Clean with plenty of parking right near the water too. This is a must see venue for anyone looking to have an event right on the water.
