  • So derivative products d3 that it becomes ridiculous. We feel in these shops an attachment has this academic culture... Strong sense of belonging

  • It's heaven!!! Haven't been to such a old fashioned bookstore for a long while! Staff are really nice and helpful! They have such a big store walking inside, all kinds of variety! There's interesting study tools in the back too: pencil sharpener, notebooks, book marks, small lamps...... Such an interesting and fun bookstore!
  • Pretty pricey, you can always find everything got cheaper somewhere else
  • Is it cheaper than perhaps a Target or one of the many stores in Westwood that sales UCLA apparel? Probably not but it's a campus staple. You can find anything from electronics to eyeglasses to hoodies to blue hot chocolate for a true bruin fan. It's a great place to walk around and search to do-nads and thingeramajiggers but buying will probably cost more than other stores.
  • Website displays store is open till 6:30 wed. Left work early to get there around 6 ( got there a few minutes after 6) only to find the store closed at 6 per a sign in the window. I came across another person who was in the same boat. Walked over to the student union window in case I was missing something, to be greeted by a smug young man who was happy to point out that the books store " is right there and appears to be closed, and I'm probably looking at the webite for the first week of class". I'm not impressed with my first experiences at UCLA.
  • Prices are very high and not competitive. Students should receive better discounts. Sometimes I feel taken advantage of as a student so I prefer not to shop here often...
