  • The Hyde Lounge is amazing. I booked a table/seat combo package for 10 people and was not disappointed. We were treated VIP all night. The staff was top notch. Our host Michelle provided incredible service, she made great suggestions. We enjoyed delicious food and drinks at our table all night while watching the Clippers game. The watermelon shots were very tasty. I am definitely booking another private event here. If you want to enjoy a sporting event or concert, while being pampered this is definitely the best way to do it!! 10 ⭐ in my book!!
  • I was very happy with the precautions that the Staple Center has. The best thing to know about the Staple Center is that no matter where you sit you always have a great view. This last visit we were on the ice for the KINGS game. It was awesome! Looking forward to more games this season. GO KINGS GO!
  • Worst experience I have had at any venue. Went for the first time this weekend and ended up missing most of the concert trying to get new seats because, individuals began smoking weed inside the venue and my sisters asthma is triggered by smoking. One of the security officers said they can't tell them to stop smoking in the building because then they will say, well they are smoking too. So basically my sister's health was less important than enforcing their own policy. Then we chose to leave and asked for a refund and the female Guest Service Supervisor told us...and the 10 or more other guest who trickled in after us reporting the same issue, one with an 11 year who said they started smoking right next to them and the baby girl was effected... we can't have a refund. So for following the rules, we missed out, but those who did not comply were able to enjoy. We eventually were able to get new seats in a location that did not have smoking and had a breeze, thanks to Nick in Guest Services, but by that time, majority of the concert was missed. There were many avenues that could have taken place to address the issue, but instead they kept excusing those smoking and basically let the many people complaining know there was nothing they would do. We were greatly let down, expecting amazing treatment upon arrival, but disregarded through the experience. Nick was amazing! The star is for his heart to help though he was limited. He showed he cared.

  • The stadium is truly state of the ark and a great experience. I went to see the clippers game and the staff were very helpful. Parking was easy but the train is also always an option. I stayed in a suite. The suite was nice and had a great view with free snacks and chicken nuggets as well as hot dogs. There were many celebrities in the floor and the Celtics were there too. I’m also a big fan of the lakers and have seems few of their games, all of the experiences are special. If you are driving I recommend parking at the convention center as it is right next to the stadium and offers convenient parking. There are also jerseys hanging from the roof and statues of retired players in front of the stadium. It’s pricey but worth it.
