  • Drive up to the Skirball if you're in L.A., particularly if you're Jewish. There are always fascinating exhibits going on, fun activities for children, and there's a fine cafeteria/dining hall as well...  more »

  • What a great cultural center! A wonderful space for kids to explore, learn and play. The interior is well maintained, with different areas to check out, physical items to manipulate, and staff engaging with the parents and children. The outside spaces are also nice, with relaxing areas to eat, and auditorium style seating in another location. Before going get tickets online and check to see if they're hosting an event!
  • Love this place! So many options that keep the kids entertained for hours. The famous Noah's ark is always fun and the art room has great supplies. There's the archaeological dig on the third floor which is cute. And the exhibits are always interesting, but I usually don't have time to visit them since my kids spend most of their time at the other areas mentioned above!
  • Nice modern building! I've been at the Skirball Cultural Center so many times, mostly for specials events/ awards and dinners, they have plenty of parking space, the only problem is getting there, to get there you have to take the 405, if your event is before 5pm on any day, you'll find traffic no matter if you are coming from the 10 or the 101. Other than that the place is nice, is big the facilities are always clean, the staff is nice and friendly.
  • Definitely the only place you will take your chidren and they are encouraged to touch all items of museum.#interactive
  • The Skirball Cultural Center is an excellent place for children to visit. The Noah's ark is great place for children. The staff are very welcoming. The music and story time are also really good. The Skirball Cultural Center is also a very nice place to just walk around and enjoy a nice sunny Los Angeles afternoon. Highly recommended.
