  • They have the latest books, evth's good BUT homeless people snore and eat in the library! Some of them talk on the cell phones! Some listen to the music so loud that you can not even concentrate and focus! And do not forget that some people may have TB or other diseases which can be very dangerous for other people!!! And that is horrible!!!!!!! I think that you have to do something with that. And a lot of people would really appreciate that. Thank you.

  • Monday August 29 2016 Today, I was kicked out unjustly out of the Los Angeles Central Library, a paranoid/mentally ill old lady, started accusing me of staring at her????? Security came and even though the witness was in my favor & even though the old lady even starting attacking the witness, This hispanic american security guard at the Central Library started focusing on me, as if I was the problem and asked me to move, I refused, I told him, so he escorted me out, I did tell him, just because you can do this does not make it right, might does not make right, you are making the wrong decision, but guess what he wouldn't give up his pride and kicked me out, there was a lower level supervisor there, but he still ok, the officer on kicking me out, I will be back tomorrow, bright and early to take this issue to the main supervisor. Clearly the security guards at the Los Angeles Central Library do what they want, regarless if it's right or wrong and their leadership backs them up on this kind of behaviour, there is no check & balances system here????? P.S. The next day I went to talk about with the head of security and he started being ambiguous, that he wasn't there & at the same time defending his officer's actions?? Then I asked him what about the written complaint, that I filed, he said it could be a year before the complaint against the security guard is reviewed or addressed??? Now is that what you call justice?? Surely they have their complaint system set up that way, absolute power corrupts absolutely...
  • It would be nice if there wasnt so much homeless there . This place smells terrible but doesn't the rest of downtown la. O well
