We recently payed a visit to this museum 9/29/16. Compared to several other wax museums I've visited over the years I'd have to say this one was the best. Keep in mind this is a very busy area, so I i... read more »
Voksdukkene er av dårlig kvalitet og ligner ikke på ekte personer. Hele museumet er i generelt lav standard, og var en skuffende opplevelse. Ikke verdt tiden og pengene.Wax puppets are of poor quality and don't look like real people. The entire Museum is in generally low standard, and was a disappointing experience. Not worth the time and money.show original
We were here a few years ago and saw dramatic improvement on this visit. It was fun back then but even more so now. The majority of the mannequins looked real, and we could walk right up to them and take pictures. Elvis and Marilyn looked superb, and the newer stars were fun to pose with. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative, which we’ve found rare in Hollywood. It’s great when something is better than you remember it.
This was a fun experience. They have props so it makes it more interactive and helps you get into the concept more - got some great pictures. I think they need a bit more figures and maybe update some (some don't look that much like who they should and some are perfect). Takes about 1 hour.

The Hollywood Wax Museum is such a nice place to visit, especially on a rainy afternoon. Whoever made these wax figures did an amazing job, and the best part is that you don't have to look at them from a distance, you actually get to step on the set right next to them so that you can take pictures of yourself or your family with their favorite characters. If you feel like being silly, the museum makes props available to make your photo ops even more fun. The customer service is amazing and so is the gift shop. We really enjoyed our visit.
If you ever go to Hollywood, you MUST check this place out. It is small on the outside but big on the inside and packed with stars. Not the real ones but pretty close. Incredibly realistic wax figures ready for you to meet and take pictures with. Just put on a hat, a jacket or a mask (the museum lets visitors use some), step into the spotlight right next to your favorite star and let your friends play paparazzi.
