  • It really bothers me that people talk about Grand Park as a new park. It was there since the 60s, but no one went there because it felt so cold and apart from the rest of LA (especially City Hall, onl...  more »

  • This is a nice park to stroll through and relax in if you need a break from walking. It runs between City Hall and the Music Center and it's the best way to walk between those sites.  more »

  • I love going to this park. It has a splash pad, a playground, and lots of green space to play or just hang out. It has security walking around all the time making sure there are no shenanigans going on. There is a Starbucks located next to the splash pad. It always has events going on for the community. Mostly always free!
  • Grand Park in Downtown Los Angeles has come a long way from being a place people completely avoided to a place people love to gather in. The fountain and splash pad have become a landmark on their own. The pink tables and benches just beckon at you to come and take a seat. And big green lawn in front of L.A. City Hall hosts a wide variety of communal events. Be sure to visit Grand Park during the holiday season. All the beautiful lights, christmas trees, and holiday decorations add a magical sparkle that make visiting this park even more memorable.
  • This place is amazing! We love the splash area with the fountains. There is a Starbucks, bathrooms and lots of seating. It is always a few degrees cooler here. There is also a kids playground that is lots of fun but super hot during the day. I wish they would put up some sun shades. There always seems to be something going on and its very entertaining.
  • Love coming here at night. There's a few fountains that you can walk around.. great view of city hall.. clean and well maintained paths. I love walking my dog here in the evening .
  • Lovely park. A Starbucks is nestled in the middle of the greens, a bathroom is available there. Enjoy walking through some forest zones or checking out the flags of the world. This is a nice detour if you are traveling through LA on foot.
