  • I booked a group guided tour for children ages 8-9. The museum exhibit displayed many ornate masks, decorations, and statues. The tour guide was very informative. The hands-on craft was entertaining. ...  more »
  • We didn't visit because we checked the hours on the website and discovered that the Fowler is closed on both Monday & Tuesday, the only days we were in town.  more »
  • The Fowler Museum is hard to find the first time, then it's easy to get back again, just park underground nearby. Easy walking on UCLA campus. Exciting exhibitions, which change frequently, of varied ...  more »

  • Inexpensive and large with lots of opportunity to step back outside and chill if you're getting tired of looking at rectangles on walls for hours. Some nice German Expressionist and symbolist holdings I wasn't expecting.
  • You can easily spend an hour here enjoying the collection or one of the evening events they have.
  • Good on-campus museum with small private selection. The place is tiny, so variety is lacking and most of the art is not particularly interesting or historically significant. Still, entrance is free and the place is well-curated. It's worth a visit but I wouldn't go out of my way to check this place out. There are much better museums to visit, but it's worth coming here if you happen to find yourself on the UCLA campus one day.
  • Greate lectures and a good conference room.
  • I only saw one exhibit here, but it was interesting.
