  • ....and deep down, isn't that all of us? I'm 61 but my tastes in music is much older than that due to influences from my mother and my babysitter. So if you are a music history buff. Or if you like Am...  more »
  • The headquarters building of the Capital Records, one of the largest u.s. stamps, draws attention because your rounded shape, standing out from the others. Only worth stopping for a picture if you are walking in the region.

  • A must do photo opportunity when you're in Hollywood, especially for a Beatles fan like myself. It's not hard to find as the Walk Of Fame stars go past, with the solo Beatles stars being right outside...  more »

  • This place sucks. I politely asked to see Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, and some other female artists and they said they weren't there. I then demanded that they sign me to a multi billion dollar deal and promote me as the next best thing so I can call up Miley Cyrus myself, they laughed and said no. I then said I'm not leaving until I see Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry and I'll wait inside as long as it takes. The next thing I know, I'm surrounded by 4 security guards, the cops show up, and I'm served a trespassing violation, talk about an overreaction. They've lost my business and I'M NEVER COMMING BACK.
  • One day I'll be part of capitol records btw check out my YouTube channel nadineferrermusic thanks :)
  • Awesome place to visit, but you can only visit if invited. Great Recording Studios and outstanding Staff and Faculty.

Where to stay in Los Angeles

Los Angeles may be synonymous with luxury, but its accommodations include not only some of the most opulent and expensive hotels in the world, but also budget-priced hostels and inexpensive inns. In Los Angeles, a car opens up a world of lodging options, allowing you to stay outside the city proper and still have easy access to most major tourist attractions. If you don't mind splurging, consider Hollywood or Beverly Hills. To save money, stay near the airport or in the eastern suburbs of the city.
