  • Roughly two hours away from Atlanta, close to Chattanooga, TN, is Lula Lake Land Trust but most people visit for Lula Falls. Depending how your GPS takes you there, you could go 75 North or 136. I got...  more »

  • One of the best waterfall sites of Georgia. There are two waterfalls, a small and a very large and grand waterfall to see here. The decent and climb to the bottom of the larger fall is a little tough with so many steps but the pay makes it worth it. This area is private property but open to the public twice a month. If you call ahead and volunteer, you can arrange for group camping on top of a ridge near the waterfalls where you will have a great view and can even see Chattanooga.
  • Beautiful piece of land and lots of trails and beautiful views. My only concern is that the main areas that don't involve some hiking distance are strewn with dog poop as dogs are welcome and numerous but no one cleans up and you just have to walk in it.
  • Great place for a quick hike, or to spend time enjoying well kept trails and amazing views.
  • The land trust is open the last weekend and first weekend of each month. It is free to enter but they ask for donations. Well kept property and it's very nice. The waterfall and lake are something you should see if you have the chance
  • Absolutely beautiful. Me and my wife did this hike this past weekend. Must see!!!
