You want to rest after a long journey through the Northern Brooklyn an hour? Then you should use this park. He's not big yet spectacular, this charming, clean and above all quiet. One has the impression that worry the residents well around him. The sculptures are a matter of taste, but if you're lucky, you can enjoy free Shakespeare production one like me. Over the East River, it has a beautiful look at the Upper East Side and can enjoy to Manhattan from afar.

I had a night there upon my bicycle tour late fall 2009. Riding down highway 100, hwy 7 heading for New York City. Now I arrived at New York, living for a week at my friend Karen's home at Astoria. She has been showing me beauties from her home town. I appreciate, she showed me this clean park with a lot of introductions tables. A wonderful green playground for kids. A stroll way for adults in a big city.

It is on the queens side of East River. The ambience is nice to sit and enjoy the Manhattan skyline, read a book or to have a picnic. It is conveniently located next to Costco! We happened to come here when there summer concert by the Metropolitan Opera! We had a relaxed evening!

I went here for the first time last week. I like the fact that each year they have a new exhibit. The park is rather small in size, but has a lot to offer. The view over the river is not your typical "New York" sites, which is great as far as I'm concerned. Aside from the sculptures the plants and flowers offer a lot to be enjoyed.

We really enjoyed the park. Very fun art display and they had DYI paper. Come during summer weekends! They had two vendors there that day selling plenty types of food.

This park is really adorable! It has a community feel and the sculptures are really fascinating. Perfect for a picnic!
