  • Hard to navigate this facility. It was like an animal barren with mant twists, turns, and stairs to nowhere. Finally got to 2nd floor. Not via 3. Had to go back to 1. Several exhibits had little or no...  more »

  • A must see if you're into the arts. They always have challenging programming - some you'll love and some you'll hate. But you always leave thinking and talking about what you saw. Also, a great bookstore (Well 2 actually) and a fun cafĂ© where you can eat at student's desks. Beautiful space. Can't recommend this enough.
  • I feel lucky to have this in my home area. Amazing art installations that changes every month or two. Really really good place for art explorer.
  • Very cool museum if you're looking for a more budget MoMA experience. Currently (as of June 2017) the refugee footage exhibit is worth going for, and the James Turrell Skyspace is relaxing and beautiful. Don't waste your time on 'The History of Moma PS1,' it was not that interesting. Spend the time you would have spent there in the bookstore, which has a really fun selection. Important to note!! Like the met, the ticket prices are suggested donations. So if you forget your cash or student ID, it should be fine (I've never tried to pay less than the suggested donation). I wished someone had warned me about that before I went!
  • First, I don't like modern art. But the space was fun and well used. It is an old school that has kept it's spirit. I liked the James Turrell room with view of the unadulterated sky.
  • I enjoyed this much more then the down town moma. Has much more contemporary art. Felt very current and inspiring.
