  • I have been to a number of events, conferences and expositions at this location. It is easily accessible (although parking is often bottlenecked) and the staff has been capable. I also like the locati...  more »
  • Beautiful, newish, clean and impressive. Gorgeous setting on the water surrounded by restaurants. This is a renovation gone good.  more »
  • An exhibition center that has it all. The food outlets during the Scuba Show were good and close by. Just miss to have free wifi in the exhibition hall which you get at many other exhibition halls.  more »

  • We had the Salvation Army Commissioning Ordination 2017. It was well organized, they moved people efficiently concidering the large crowd we had. My only complaint was our last day lunch serving. Even though the dining hall was huge there were NOT enough tables for all the people. The people at the end of the line, which were many, had to wait and sit in dirty tables when they were available. I asked for clean silverware and four Associates told me to look for them in the table, I replied that they are all dirty. I needed to look around for clean ones. The dining hall was so packed that it was difficult to more around, again this was a huge event. Fustrated with the lack of service I left to look for a restaurant near by. The Salvation Army is a worldwide organization. The Convention center knew how many people were showing up. They need better customer service training for these huge events. One other note... When I was serving myself at the buffet, a couple of items were empty and I had to past by. When I was at the end of the buffet line they came with the food. I asked, now I have to be rude and cut in front of people if I want those items? Basically yes... So there was about 10 of us that had to cut in, very UNIMPRESSED. They could of at least have a small tray for the people that wanted those item that were missed. The Salvation Army paid a lot of money to host this event and to receive poor service...NOT GOOD.
  • Great location for events with plenty of room for booths, panels, and exhibit halls. There were somewhat limited food options provided by the actual convention center but I am sure if you started to get hungry enough you could find something to satisfy you. The parking was super packed but I found one of the last spots without a problem.
  • Truly umderrated. Always clean and nice. A great place to enjoy a chill day by the coast. Stroll the lagoon on the south side. Great walkable neighborhood; awesome restaurants by the wharf or the Pike or Pine St etc. Hilton nearby is a fun home away from home. Love the updated Renaissance Hotel too. Westin has comfiest beds. Free local bus lines. Ideal vacation area
  • This Place is clean and welcoming and accommodates a large number of individuals. The air-conditioning works well and the seats are not uncomfortable for long periods of seating.
  • Very nice place for a Conference needs charging stations. Lots of delightful things to do in Long Beach. Fantastic food Choices! #GoLongBeach
