  • This is a beautiful hike, often alongside the creek. A few waterfalls along the way. Some pretty meadow areas. Very well maintained trail.

  • Beautiful place to car camp or tent camp. $24 a day, and seniors $12 a day. Plenty of brooke trout in the creek. There are bear lockers, and water on sight. The photo is next to camp ground 39.
  • Small creek, but great if your are into creek fishing (which means expecting limited spots, plenty of opportunities to snag, and working to catch your fish). However, that said, fishing can be great and it is stocked. Best general area is between LA Aqueduct to before Movie Flats Road. Plus breath-taking views of Mt. Whitney and Lone Pine Peak.
  • Very small creek with lots of growth around it . Very hard to fish.
  • My favorite place
  • Small, clear and cold creek that is fed by the Sierra mountains.
