  • Niagara Landing had always been my favorite winery in the area, until this past weekend. I came in with my husband shortly before a large group came in. We were near another couple who had already started tasting. An older woman with short hair and glasses took care of us. The whole tasting lasted about 5 minutes, maybe less because she was rushing us so fast, because I'm assuming she wanted to take care of the large party. I have been to this winery so many times and have always enjoyed the staff and their tasting sizes are decent. Well this woman talked so fast I couldn't understand her and gave me literally a sip of each wine, while continuously looking at the large party like she couldn't wait to help them. I have never felt so unwelcomed. Usually my husband and I buy 4 or 5 bottles of wine every time we go, but not this time. Possibly never again. The other couple near us received triple what we were given and had what looked to be a pleasant conversation with the employee who was helping them. I regret not saying something at the time, but I had such a bitter taste in my mouth I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Maybe you should treat your loyal customers a little better instead of catering to large parties who are only there to get drunk.
  • I really enjoyed my time at Niagara Landing Wine Cellars. The staff creates a great atmosphere and offers generous tastings.
  • The staff at Niagara Landing Wine Cellars is super friendly. I had a great time and would highly recommend anyone I know to check it out.
  • The layout handles large crowds better than the other wineries and the overall experience is great!
  • This winery is one of my favorites on the rail. They excel in both dry and sweet wines and that's hard to find!
