  • I could have rated my visit to Livingston Mall higher but I was given a very poor service at the Starbucks located inside Barnes & Noble - I had to wait close to 10 minutes to place my order and then was given a very cold pastry (almost frozen) plus a bad drink - it was supposed to be a hot white mocha but instead I was given coffee (instead of espresso) with milk without white mocha flavor; moreover, we sat down to eat the pastry and was immediately asked to leave because they closed. What happened with good customer service???
  • It was a great experience because my family and, l were able to buy the items that were looking for. The mall was beutiful and quite entertaining.
  • I love that it doesn't get packed with people too often.. but it's mainly because there isn't many stores to shop in and the ones that are there go out of business quickly..
  • Lots of parkibg, the Barnes & Noble bookstore is cool on these hot days (maybe too cold for some though) the cafe is good but $, the mall is smaller than the nearby Short Hills mall and has a limited food court but it is still a nice, clean and convenient shopping destination.
  • Somewhat smaller than other malls, but the stores are pretty good. There are a few empty stores, but it looks like they will be filled soon. This mall is for those who want to avoid the big crowds of larger malls.
