Store selection is good, some stores are overpriced to be an outlet store but other stores offer great deals. My biggest problem with this outlet mall is the lack of parking (we spent about an hour lo... read more »
This is a great place to shop if you can find parking. The best bargains are at available at the weekend and unless you reach there before the shops open, you can waste time unsuccessfully trying to p... read more »
Great place to buy almost anything in a wide variety of choices great pretzel shop too. Too bad they don't have better ourselves though
Its nice. Its very busy with foreigners though. I say "though" since the outlets cater to foreigners and are not really "outlet" prices. Some places are not even outlet stores. Overall, it is a nice place... but saying it is an outlet shopping center is almost not accurate.
I gave a 3 star rating because of the parking. They need more parking. They do have valet though. Good variety of stores but can get very busy and hard to shop during peak seasons suvh as back to school and christmas. Nice cafeteria and they even have food truck for more selection. Have clean bathroom facilities.
I've been here several times... what a hunk of crap. Nice new shiny facility, food services, bathrooms, all brand new. Huge parking lot (which still isn't enough during the holiday season), and they're going to be nearly doubling the size with their expansion that's happening some time in the next couple years. I resent this place because it's a huge commercial eyesore on old family agricultural land. What a sad state of affairs here in Livermore, where the city council is throwing development permits at anyone who will generate tax income. It's ugly, it's poorly designed, there isn't enough parking most of the time, and all of the "outlets" are selling outlet specific lines that cost just as much if not more than in the normal stores. What's the point of going to an outlet and wading through the hip-deep disorganization of the Ross or Marshal's-esque retail destruction and then paying out the nose for all the crinkled up ransacked trinkets you find? Makes no sense to me at all. Everything here is overpriced.
Honestly, their food court is not very good. We needed to go to some other places nearby for good foods. But! My friends and I found a lot of good deals here last Black Friday. This is definitely a to-go shopping place for sale season. If you'd really like too find the best deals here, come here more often. For example, we found better discounts for North Face during a normal weekend than on Independence day.
Don't ever try and go on a weekend or you'll be stuck trying to park for hours and wading through massive groups of people. But if you can go during the week or at night you can have a good shopping trip. Pretty good selection of store but even though it's an "outlet"mall there are some really good deals with massive sales and other stores will be exactly the same price as a normal store or they will have minimal sales. -1 star for traffic and lack of constant "outlet" pricing at the stores.
