If you blink you will miss this great little beach. It's small but is very nice. Multiple families having picnics and the boarder patrol was also working the beach. Beautiful waters and a great place ... more »
This was a neat little park that I stopped at when driving by. The Cuban refugee boat was interesting and it has a nice little ocean beach area with some covered picnic tables. Worth the stop.

Beautiful clear water with plenty of small fry swimming about. Only spoilt by the noise of the main road

Nice and new BBQ'S , huts and the beach is very clean.
We were coming back from a day in Key West (in March of this year) and looking for a pull off to have a late picnic lunch and found this little jewel of a stop. Has washrooms, several covered picnic tables, beach right in front. Clean area with parking, even a gentleman selling coconuts from his truck. Nice get away spot from the highway for a peaceful stop. Definitely worth the stop from the busy roads. One has to watch for the sign to turn off as you come upon it quickly.
Very nice beach, shallow and quiet ---> do not mind to stay forever... ;)
A great park with a beautiful view. The Cuban refugee boat there was very interesting and the park was well-taken care of. I would recommend this as a great place to go swimming or watch the sunrise.
