  • In visiting Wild River Country for the first time, as a mom, I was happy to see the entrance was easily accessible from the parking lot. As we entered the park, the landscape was attractive and neat. ...  read more »
  • Not too big, this is a great water park just north of Little Rock. Easy drive from Memphis. Lots of slides and a wave pool. Thrills for all ages! Be prepared to carry your inner tubes (up to 4 person) up the hill and up the steps. The lazy river is a little underwhelming.
  • Wild River Country is a great place for family fun that caters to all ages. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and always available to answer questions and attend to your needs. They have a wide range of rides that are age appropriate. The park is compact enough that any ride is only a short walk away, but large enough to be enjoyed by the entire family. Plenty for our 2-year-old grandson to do, as well as our teenage daughters, and the adults in our party as well. If you're looking for a fun place to relax and enjoy some summer water fun, look no further than Wild River Country!
  • We LOVE coming here every summer! Been coming since I was a child and it just seems to get nicer every year. They added new slides that are the best for any thrill-seeker. It all appeared very clean, loved all the flowers, water was very clear everywhere, and the lifeguards were all very friendly and helpful when dealing with my 3 and 5 year old. I would highly recommend going to it! It's a blast for the kids and adults. Can't wait to go back.
  • I've been going to WRC since I was 9 and also worked there one summer when I was 16 and never had a problem with the all...I'm now 26 married and a mom. I have twin 1 year olds and thought the kiddie area would be perfect for them bc I remember the jumpers that babies could jump in and the big bridge kids could walk through ,which I know big kids decided they could walk on that and that's probably why it's gone, BUT. I just remember it being so much fun for my little cousins and every other kid. I was VERY disappointed today. There was absolutely nothing for little kids to do except slide down the duck and stand under the cones...that's not a lot of fun. Also the pool was VERY dirty. We won't be coming back even though my mom has a pass. Just a disappointment for sure. Wish they would update the kiddie area or state that the park is for 3 year olds and up.
  • We were passing thru on our way home to Oklahoma from Tennessee on Monday, June 20th. We arrived around 1 O'clock. Paid $192 to get in. We were having a blast with our family until we were told at 6 O'clock they were closed. We couldnt even get a refill with the souvenir cups we paid $10 each for. When we inquired about why they were closing early all we were told was "oh it is Monday"!! Wth??? Then we overheard a worker telling another worker they were closing early so the staff could so swimming. I am all for the staff swimming but we spent a ton of money to be there until closing which was suppose to be at 7 O'Clock. If they knew they were closing early they should have offered a discounted price and warned you about closing early so you could get your pricey cups refilled!! Would have been a GREAT time except for this. I believe in courtesy and will not be back because of this. We have a huge water park in TULSA (where we live) that we could have spent our hard earned money at!!!!
