  • It was a nice evening and some friends and I decided to go out on the boat for a little gambling and a few drinks. A waitress named candice was EXTREMELY ill mannered. I asked her for a drink and she ...  more »

  • Many of the staff are rude, cocktail waitresses are nonexistent, drinks are not free anywhere in the casino, and when you buy one they are tiny and watered down, the games and machines don't pay. It used to be a much better experience before Big M bought out all the competition and now has the monopoly on gaming in the area. Do not waste your time or money to be treated poorly, there are so many other fun things to do in the area I recommend anything else. I'm a VIP player and come down on the weekends, not a one time visitor. I did try to voice my concerns to David the manager tonight and he would not let me complete a sentence of high let's me know he was not listening to me. I suspect if my husband had been the one to discuss the situation with him he would have let my husband speak unimpeded. I am a professional and conduct myself with patience and decorum and am not a feminist (frequently let my husband handle things but didn't want to ruin his fun tonight). David's behavior to me was condescending and dismissive. This establishment has changed and not for the better, I have given it many many chances to improve and it just gets worse. I will not be going back, nor will my husband or my family who frequently goes with me.
  • Funny story............Maybe I will have the balls to actually go out into the waters next time. From what I did experience it would have been a lot of fun
  • First time on the boat. Had a good time, staff was nice and boat is spotless! My only complaint would be I was under the impression the boat was non-smoking but the upper deck is a smoking area so it wasn't a pleasant environment for us non smokers. Buffet was excellent.
  • Very ghetto and white trashy in my opinion. The staff isn't very friendly. They never smile the people behind the cage booth. If you don't ask for credits etc and don't know about it, they aren't telling you either. The ship itself was ok as far as cleanness. The food look ok, but didn't eat it. Ate before. For the value and time spent on the boat it's worth it. Due Check the weather waves swell etc before going on, I didn't and ended up sea sick with 4 foot waves. The worst experience ever. Everyone got sick. Mostly everyone vomiting. Only got to play 1/2 hr. The rest of the ride I was sitting still miserable for 3 hours! I won't ever do this again even if the weather says calm seas. Can't trust it for what I had to go through.
  • This was a great experience except for me getting sick do to the rough waves, after that it was on! I won some $$$$ and then my husband won some $$$$... Only thing that sucks is the food is not worth what you pay for it... All the staff are very friendly and helpful though.... I'd like to go again but only on calm waters next time lol
